When seeking technical support on any Lucid products we´d first like to ask you to please send a support request from the support page or write a message to the support@luciddream.com.

For problems with failed Lucid licenses please follow the link to our License management page.

To totally remove all Lucid support tools, License manager and (or) dongle driver installed by Lucid products please download and run the uninstaller from the link Remove support files.

We have implemented a remote access conferencing system that allows us to share our desktop with you through your standard web browser. This same system also allows you to share your desktop with us for the purposes of training and product support. This allows us to virtully be present with you to help you get the most from using your Lucid software.

This service is highly secure using 128bit encryption and safe, because approval must be given prior to any remote access being granted.
